In 2001, the Session Law Firm formed Aviation Business Partners (ABP), a division of the Firm focused exclusively on aviation-related projects. AVP is currently involved in two projects in Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). On one project ABP is a joint venture partner with JCDecaux Airports, the largest airport advertising firm in the U.S. As a joint venture partner, ABP provides business development, sales and administrative support, and maintenance management for all units located at the airport.

On the other project, AVP is teamed with the SH&E firm to provide air service planning and development for BWI. AVP has also consulted at other airports involving concessional activities including at Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New Orleans airports.
