Business and Corporate Matters
The Session Law Firm, P.C. handles a range of
business-related issues for its business clients, including employment matters,
mergers and acquisitions, stock option plans, and contract formation. The Firm
is particularly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving client problems, whether
they be with a government agency or internal to the client's firm. The Firm actively
promotes and negotiates teaming and subcontracting relationships between its small
business clients and large corporations.
The Firm is highly experienced in identifying, marketing, and negotiating Federal
procurement opportunities on behalf of its business clients. The Firm is well-versed
in the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and in the subcontracting requirements of the
Small Business Act. The Firm has also assisted numerous clients in becoming
certified in the SBA's 8(a) Program.

Government Relations
The Session Law Firm, P.C. is knowledgeable about the inner
workings of the legislative and regulatory processes, including the translation of policy
goals into legislative initiatives, drafting bills and amendments, assessing and obtaining
support for legislation, and general securing the attention of key legislators and staffs.

On the agency operations side, the Firm's experience involves tracking budgets, grants-in-aid
and contracts, procurement policy, audits, and administrative decisions. In addition, all
key members of the Firm have worked for or with local government, giving us experience with
important issues such as community and economic development, transportation, housing, services
for the homeless, welfare, job training, HIV and other health issues, education, environmental
programs, and public safety. Local experience has provided us an understanding of how
Federal policies and actions can impact urban communities, enabling the Session Law Firm
to serve as effective advisors and advocates.
Representative clients include the City of Atlanta, the New Orleans International Airport,
the Metropolitan Sewer District (Missouri) and the Interamerican Travel Agents Society.

Aviation
In 2001, the Session Law Firm formed Aviation Business
Partners (ABP), a division of the Firm focused exclusively on aviation-related projects.
AVP is currently involved in two projects in Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).
On one project ABP is a joint venture partner with JCDecaux Airports, the largest airport
advertising firm in the U.S. As a joint venture partner, ABP provides business development,
sales and administrative support, and maintenance management for all units located
at the airport.
On the other project, AVP is teamed with the SH&E firm to provide air service planning
and development for BWI. AVP has also consulted at other airports involving concessional
activities including at Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New Orleans airports.

Environmental Consulting Practice
The Session Law Firm's Environmental Consulting Practice
Group offers comprehensive, cost-effective representation to our clients who are seeking
to register their pesticide products with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA)
Office of Prevention, Pesticides, and Toxic Substances, Office of Pesticide Programs.
We focus on business and regulatory strategies, registration, re-registration,
data support and compensation, quality assurance, study design and supervision,
toxicology testing and related scientific matters. We understand that "time is money"
so we work hard to shorten the registration process, enabling our clients'
products to enter the marketplace as quickly as possible. Starting
with Stage I administrative preparation of the product submission, we navigate the
complex maze of EPA regulations and guidelines and stay abreast of all EPA amendments
and public registration notices. Our experience and relations with EPA product managers
and personnel ensure that delays are avoided and that our clients' products are given
the best possible review.
With over 40 years of combined experience, The Session Law Firm's team of lawyers,
consultants, and scientists work closely with clients to help define and then achieve

In 2003, The Session Law Firm formed Session Title services
to provide title insurance and real-estate related services in residential and commercial
transactions.
