Jennifer Moore is the Managing Partner of The Session Law Firm's Environmental Consulting Practice Group. Ms. Moore spent over 11 years supporting the Office of Prevention, Pesticides, and Toxic Substances, Office of Pesticide Programs, where she managed the Pesticide Document Management System.

Ms. Moore supervised and coordinated the review of product chemistry, residue chemistry, toxicology, hazardous and residential exposure, ecological effects and environmental fate data. She provided in-depth reviews of pesticide applications to determine if they qualified for expedited review and to ensure that the data was in compliance with the data formatting requirements of Pesticide Regulation Notice 86-5.

Ms. Moore has a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of FIFRA. As Manager, she developed and implemented a quality control procedure for utilization by the Office of Pesticide Programs ensuring the reduction of errors for all product registration and re-registration applications. She received her BA degree in Economics from Howard University.
